The work to integrate White Cap and Construction Supply Group (CSG) kicks off today!
Our goal with this integration is to ensure minimal disruption in your service while bringing to life the many benefits the combination of our two industry-leading businesses will create for you.
The cultural alignment of White Cap and CSG is a foundational element of this integration. Both White Cap and CSG have team-driven cultures 100 percent focused on serving our customers with excellence. This transformational combination of North America’s leading distributors of specialty concrete and construction products and services will allow our customers to benefit from broader, more diverse product and service offerings, additional pickup locations, and quicker and more efficient deliveries to the jobsite in the local markets where White Cap and CSG both operate.
This combined industry-leading organization will be led by myself as Chief Executive Officer and Alan Sollenberger as President. Our headquarters, otherwise known as our Field Support Center, will be in Norcross, Ga.
As we kick off the critical work to integrate our businesses, it will remain business as usual for our customers. Your current pricing, credit levels, account contacts and more will remain the same for the coming months until we inform you otherwise.
