2016
Identified a compelling opportunity in the industry, acquiring and combining two businesses to create CSG.
2017
Five distribution branches located across the Midwest with excellent rebar fabrication operations and expertise. Expanded platform in lower Midwest acquiring 19 branches of a leading construction supply distributor.
2018
Acquired 12 distributor branches in the Mid South US as well as one additional in Canada, providing geographic and product expansion. Acquired two California distribution branches and single Reno location, growing presence in Southwest. Expansion in Texas market with purchase of waterproofing expert.
2019
Expanded into the SE and SW and reinforce footprint in the West and Midwest; acquired 4 branches in Rockies.
